  • The person who is listed on the YTP application is responsible for ensuring all fees are paid by their respective due dates. This includes the caregiver’s payment for your scheduled event. Contact your event host for further information.

  • Absolutely! YTP caregivers usually work an event for additional income. It is strongly encouraged and appreciated for individual families or the event host to provide a gratuity to represent the quality service your child’s caregiver provided for the event.

  • All Yours Truly Philly caregivers are required to obtain state and federal criminal background checks and child/infant CPR certification as part of their hiring process. All YTP caregivers are required to receive basic special needs awareness training and trauma-sensitive training provided by YTP. YTP caregivers are in a variety of professions, such as teachers, paraprofessionals, nurses, nannies, child development specialists, and graduate students.

  • The responsibilities of YTP caregivers are to provide kid-friendly entertainment during a scheduled event. YTP caregivers are only responsible for the children who are signed up to receive childcare at the scheduled event. Not sure if your child is on the list? Contact your event host for more details.

  • All children should come with an extra change of clothes and shoes (diaper bag for babies and infants). We recommend packing clothes that are OK to get messy and shoes that are safe to play in. We also encourage families to keep electronics for children under 13 years old out of the kids area unless necessary. Parents/Guardians listed on the child’s emergency contact form will receive updates about your child throughout the event and can communicate directly with your child’s YTP caregiver.
